Women who have Apple shapes tend to have a fuller face and neck, broader shoulders and upper arms, fuller breasts, full & undefined waistline, narrow hips, a flat rear end and shapely legs. When Apples gain weight they tend to gain it in their waistline.







Most women who have an Apple shape tend to want to slim their bodies by making their broad shoulders and upper arms slimmer along with the waist and balancing out their upper bodies with their narrower lower body.
