While watching a Youtube video, the girl entertainingly talking about self confidence and how to 'shake' off your haters lol bursts out "Guess what my boobs are fake!" I had no idea because they looked so real. I used to be against plastic surgery. I always thought that you should just accept your body for what God gave you and if you needed to lose weight you ought to get your butt in gear instead of going under the knife but I have to ask myself 'What's wrong with a little nip & tuck?'



According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), there were more than 1.8 million cosmetic surgeries and 8.4 million minimally invasive cosmetic procedures (i.e. Botox injections, laser hair removal) performed in the United States in 2005. 1. Liposuction

Liposuction is the removal of fat deposits using a tube inserted beneath the skin; fat is then sucked out using a vacuum-like device.



2. Rhinoplasty

Commonly called a nose job, rhinoplasty is the reshaping of the nose to make it bigger or smaller, to narrow the span of the nostrils, or to change the angle between the nose and upper lip.



3. Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation, or augmentation mammaplasty, is the enlarging of a woman's breasts using saline- or silicone-filled implants.



4. Eyelid Surgery

In eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, drooping upper eyelids and bags below the eyes are corrected by removing extra fat, muscle, and skin. Women improve their peepers far more often than men -- of the 230,697 blepharoplasty procedures performed in 2005, 86 percent of patients were women.



5. Tummy Tuck

Beer guts may be more associated with men, but women by far get more abdominoplasty procedures. The abdomen is flattened during the surgery when extra fat and skin are removed and abdominal muscles are tightened. In 2005, plastic surgeons performed 134,746 tummy tucks -- 96 percent of them on women. 

If money was no object and you didn't have to risk your life in surgery what if any plastic surgeries would you opt for?

Dark Girls Preview

Have you ever been told that you are 'pretty' for a dark skinned girl? Does that feeling of resentment still resonate within you? If not, how have you been able to overcome such stereotypes when it comes to skin color? I used to believe that this was only felt by dark skinned girls but recently learned that lighter complexions can be mocked and teased for the very same reasons. This feeling of resentment for darker complexions is also felt by our men. Some men will go through great lengths to only procreate with lighter women to ensure the 'success' of their child and this is highly praised especially amongst our Hip Hop community with lyrics flowing through the speakers such as "Long Hair Don't Care" or "Bet that chick look better red".

Baby Kenzo speaks Sign Language

This is so cute! Kimora had baby Kenzo learn sign language so she could communicate with him before he is able to speak. Fabulous! What a great idea!

Macrosomia (big baby)

Can you imagine pushing that whopper out of your va jayjay! OMG I can't! We've probably all heard the horror stories told by women who get ripped to shreds by their rather large babies during vaginal births. This is probably another reason why women opt for having C sections as well. Having a large baby, also known as Macrosomia, is becoming quite common these days but one might wonder "How large is LARGE?" According to statistics, the average newborn weight is 7 lbs 8 ounces. Babies weighing more than 9 lbs 15 ounces at birth are considered macrosomic, which literally means "of large body".

  

What causes babies to be large?

Probably the most influential factors are genetics and unmanaged high blood sugar levels from gestational diabetes or diabetes mellitus (the chronic form of the condition). 

 

Other factors linked to an increased risk include obesity, gaining a lot of weight during pregnancy, and going over two weeks past your due date. Most babies with macrosomia are born full-term, but some may be born pre-term. Babies born with macrosomia are more likely to experience low blood sugar, respiratory distress, and jaundice. They are also at an increased risk of birth defects.



Even your baby's sex can play a part, as boys are large more often than girls. And if you've already had a large baby, you're more likely to have large babies in future pregnancies.

Big parents often have big babies, but sometimes babies are unusually large because the mother is obese, already had diabetes, or developed gestational diabetes during her pregnancy that was undiagnosed or untreated.

All this just goes to show that the term "Eating for two" is probably a myth conjured up by greedy expectant moms. Pregnant women should steer clear of advice to ‘eat for two’, for a new study has suggested that such a practice may have a negative impact on the mother as well as the baby. In the study, Alison Stuebe, M.D., assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, found that women who consumed extra calories, as well as fried foods and dairy, had excessive gestational weight gain. Gaining too much weight is linked with complications at birth, such as pre-eclampsia or requiring a C-section, as well as higher odds that both mom and child will be obese later in life. http://www.thaindian.com

C Sections on the Rise amongst African American Women

In the past few years I have started thinking about family planning and have often heard that there are more C sections being performed on women opposed to natural or vagina births. Apparently these days it's not uncommon for a pregnant woman to schedule her due date as though it were a hair appointment. Giving birth usually involves being induced into labor and more often than not, having a Caesarean section, a procedure 34% of Black women are choosing over vaginal birth, according to a new report from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's Center for Health Statistics.

The study found that overall the C-section rate in the United States has reached an all-time high of 32%, making it the most common operation performed in US hospitals--a significant jump from 1996 when 21% of all births were by C-section. For Black women the rate has gone from 22% in 1996 to 34% in 2007, the last year data was collected. The rate is 32% for White women and 30% for Hispanic. Statistics like this make me wonder why African American women are being targeted for these major surgeries if they are not needed.

So why would the medical professionals be pushing a major surgery over a natural birth? Well money of course! At least part of the reason comes down to dollars and cents. C-sections cost twice as much as vaginal births and so we shouldn't be surprised that hospitals encourage it. In my opinion medical professionals are in it for their bottom line and sadly not your best health interest. Nationally, a vaginal delivery cost $7,737, with C-sections averaging about $11,000.

 

Another controversial reason for the growth spurt is "legal pressure" felt by doctors fearing medical lawsuit if anything goes wrong during a vaginal delivery. There's also the rise of fertility treatments ending in multiple births, like Octomom, to consider. Also the fact that more women over the age of 40 are having children and, in these cases, C-section is often safest. C-sections also have a higher rate of complications than vaginal births. For women who do not need C-sections, therefore, the risk may not be appropriate.

 

 

 

The precise cause of African-American women's higher C-section rates is unknown. Obesity is likely to be a factor: more black women are obese than white or Hispanic women, and obesity increases pregnancy complications. C-sections often accompany difficult pregnancies. Diabetes, which can be caused by obesity, could play a part in the high number of C-sections for black women, but it does not fully account for the difference.

This is also the reason that I started to exercise, eat healthier and maintain a balanced lifestyle. I am hearing more and more that women who are over weight have a harder time conceiving than those who are of a healthy weight and since I'm no spring chicken I didn't want to make conception any harder for me as I age. For some women, their weight may affect their ovulation. Being overweight can disrupt a woman’s regular monthly cycle, making it difficult for her to ovulate, and making it difficult to know exactly when she is ovulating. The impact of weight on ovulation has to do with the production of estrogen. Research suggests that for women who are overweight, the extra fat tissue can lead to an excess production of estrogen. This excess estrogen can then cause a hormonal imbalance that affects ovulation. 

 

Sometimes, the sheer logistics of sex can get in the way for overweight couples who are trying to conceive. If the sperm are not able to make it all the way to the cervical mucus, whether held back by excess skin or they can’t make it to a deep cervix, there are a variety of problems that being overweight can cause in the physical act of conception. In addition, some studies suggest that being overweight and not getting enough exercise can lead to a low sperm count and/or low sperm viability in men.

 

Ideally, a woman will be at or near her ideal weight three months prior to trying to conceive. Dieting and exercise, of course, can help to address the issue of being overweight. However, dieting and exercising can also sometimes interfere with ovulation, thus a three-month maintenance window tends to be helpful. In addition, it will be important that your body gets all of the nutrients that it needs from the moment of conception forward, and this can be difficult to do if you are currently dieting. http://www.babyhopes.com

VERY Young Girls

Last night I stumbled across the documentary Very Young Girls on Netflix. I quickly read the previews and decided to give it a shot. Very Young Girls, whose title reflects the fact that in the United States the average age of entry into prostitution is just thirteen. The film takes us into the work of a former sexually exploited youth-turned-activist named Rachel Lloyd, who started the New York City organization GEMS (Girls Educational and Mentoring Services) to help victimized young women escape their pimps and find another way of life.



I grew up in the South Bronx of New York City and knew about prostitution. Everyone knows that girls sell sex on Hunts Point but what I didn't know was that there were 13 year old girls out there on the track. My heart is broken after watching this documentary, truly heartbroken. The film started because of two brothers, Anthony & Chris Griffith, decided to become pimps. My jaw dropped when I saw them onscreen because I know them, we attended the same Catholic elementary school in Harlem and they were raised right across the street from me in the South Bronx. One would think that since they came from a good home with two parents and even a sister, how could they do this to other women? Anthony and Chris' daily activities are documented in videos they shot themselves in hope of landing their own reality-TV series. Anthony & Chris' film helped to get them both sentenced to 10 years in Federal Prison. source



The silver lining in this story has to be the nonprofit organization, Gems. I definitely want to help those women back in my home town. I feel so sorry and distraught for them and what they have gone through. Many of the young women grew up in dysfunctional households with no male role model so when the 'Father figure' of a pimp was presented to them, made them feel loved and as if they had a family they were drawn into the lifestyle. Most of the women seemed to be under some type of mental spell, often referring to their pimps as their 'daddy' or 'my man' truly believing the fairytale bullshit fed to them in order to get them to stay.



Some of these women willingly got into the cars of the pimps after being sweet talked into having a relationship with a man twice their age and others were kidnapped right off the sidewalk. You may be wondering how in the world does one become subjected to such torment and why don't they just leave? If you consider for a moment anytime you were in a relationship with a man that you grew to love over time. He may have cheated on you, hit you, disrespected you, used you for sexual favors, material gifts to only have you wanting to leave and knowing you deserve better but you continue to stay, for whatever length of time, until you find the courage to say enough is enough. Something deep within you has to be lacking, broken, needing a void to be fulfilled in order to remain in situations like this. This is the same principle with these young women from broken homes looking for hope. Predators know how to pick those they prey upon. If you are already lacking of self esteem, a strong foundation & hope, any man that comes along, says you're pretty, sexy and in turn sells you a dream of a life time of happiness you just may fall victim to it.



WHAT ABOUT THE MEN? I'm also angry that the men buying the under aged prostitutes or prostitute's period aren't facing more serious ramifications. There would be no market for this type of transaction if there were no buyers. We need to increase the severity of crimes against women & children. Girls are NOT for sale! Va-Va-Voom Is Good For The Soul

 

This post is in response to the Va-Va-Voom Is Good for the Soul article written by Danielle LaPorte. 

Now while I am not married yet, soon to be, I can definitely attest to those days where you just want to walk around the house with your headscarf on, comfy slippers and that old college t-shirt but does that suit your man's fancy? Umm I don't know about all men but mine definitely appreciates when I choose not to don my comfy red riding hood robe all the time. lol I have taken notes from sexy vixens doing things like showing up in a rain coat and heels ♥ or choosing to fix myself up even if I am sporting rollers like the picture above. According to LaPorte,

"European women have us pinned to the mat in the “make an effort” category. They make North American women look like...slobs in Crocs and ponytails and sweatpants. I think that va-va-va-voom we mustered up to get the man, too often fades. And va-va-va-voom is good for the soul."

I have vowed to myself to make an effort to be that sexy woman he dates now. It's easy to look cute when you have oodles of time before children are concerned and your weekends are free to do whatever you so please. I reckon it gets harder but nothing pains me more than leaving the house looking a mess. Now while I don't try to match my workout clothes I do like them to look decent. I can't be looking like a cat in the rain just because I'm exercising.

Too often we read articles telling women how to keep their man interested in them because 'Men are visual creatures!' Well you've heard it here first, "Women like something nice to look at too!" I remember driving with my crazy cousin Dianne lol she is a hoot! We stopped at a light and she saw a man standing at the bus stop and she exclaims something to the effect of him "Looking like a steak on a table, good enough to eat!" I was dying laughing but that just goes to show you that we notice a good looking man when we see one AND we don't want to have to flip through G Q magazine to get our fix. Step ya game up gents!

It’s amazing how much misinformation is out there about the vagina. Given how fascinated our society is with the female body, you’d think we’d be a little more informed. But from what I discovered while soliciting questions for my book What’s Up Down There? Questions You’d Only Ask Your Gynecologist If She Was Your Best Friend, many of us still have a lot to learn.

To help out, I’ve compiled a few things you may not know about the female genitalia.

1. Pubic hair is not just a biological accident that forces us to the waxing salon. It serves three critical functions. First, it protects the delicate vagina. Second, it serves as a reproductive billboard to alert potential mates that you are biologically (if not emotionally) prepared to procreate. And last, it’s a pheromone carpet and traps the scents that lead potential mates to the promised land. So you might think twice before you shave it all off. It’s there for a reason. Embrace it.


2. There are 8000 nerve endings in the clitoris, dedicated exclusively to female pleasure. The penis only has 4000. Who says God didn’t take care of us girls?


3. The average vagina is 3-4 inches long, but fear not if your guy is hung like a horse. The vagina can expand by 200% when sexually aroused, kind of like a balloon. Remember, the vagina was made to birth babies, so it’s exceedingly elastic. If you have pain when getting it on with someone large, you can use dilators to help stretch the vagina so you can accommodate the whole package.


4. The vagina doesn’t connect to the lung. While the vagina can expand, it’s not an open conduit to the abdominal cavity. While microscopic sperm can swim through a tiny hole in the cervix, a tampon simply won’t fit. So if you lose something in there, don’t worry. Reach in all the way and pull it out. Do not -- I repeat, do not -- go hunting for whatever you’ve lost with a pair of pliers. Think of your vagina as being like a sock. If you lose a banana in a sock…it stays in the sock.


5. Yes, it’s true -- your vagina can fall out. Not to belabor the sock metaphor, but it can turn inside out just like a worn out sweat sock and hang between your legs as you get older. But don’t fret; this condition -- called pelvic prolapse -- can be fixed.


6. Vaginas have something in common with sharks. Both contain squalene, a substance that exists in both shark livers and natural vaginal lubricant. (Cue music: “She’s a maneater…”)


7. You can catch sexually transmitted diseases even if you use a condom. Sorry to break it to you, but the skin of the vulva can still touch infectious skin of the scrotum -- and BAM! Warts. Herpes. Molluscum contagiosum. Pubic lice. So pick your partners carefully.


8. The average length of the labia minora is less than ¾ inch long (yes, someone got out a ruler and measured 2981 women). Only 1.8% of women have labia longer than 1 ½ inches. But remember, every vulva is different and special. Some lips hang down. Some are tucked up neatly inside. Some are long. Some are short. Some are even. Some aren’t. All are beautiful. You’re perfect just the way you are.


9. While hair on your head can live up to seven years, pubic hair has a life expectancy of about three weeks, which is why it only grows so long. So don’t worry if you opt not to groom your pubes -- you won’t need to braid them any time soon.


10. The word “vagina” comes from the Latin root meaning “sheath for a sword,” which may explain why some women simply hate the word. So if you don’t like the word “vagina,” pick your own name for your girly parts. Just call it something and don’t be afraid to talk about it.


11. Only about 30% of women have orgasms from intercourse alone. The clitoris is where the action is. Most women who do orgasm during sex have figured out how to hit their sweet spot, either from positioning or from direct stimulation of the clitoris with fingers.


12. Increasing evidence suggests that the G spot feels good because it lies right over a deep part of the clitoris. Although experts describe the G spot as being inside the vagina on the anterior wall, just under the urethra, the crura of the clitoris actually runs right there. And a recent study demonstrated that vaginal orgasms may actually be deep clitoral orgasms. But who cares? An orgasm is an orgasm. Appreciate it, regardless of where it comes from.


13. Vaginal farts (some call them “queefs” or “varts”) happen to almost all women at one time or another, especially during sex or other forms of exercise. So don’t be embarrassed if your hooha lets out a toot. You’re perfectly normal.


14. Some women do ejaculate during orgasm, but you’re normal if you don’t. The controversial “female ejaculation” most likely represents two different phenomena. If it’s a small amount of milky fluid, it likely comes from the paraurethral glands inside the urethra. If it’s a cup, it’s probably pee. Many times, it may be a little bit of both. But don't stress out about peeing on yourself. Put a towel under you and surrender to the experience.


15. Safe sex (or even just orgasm alone) is good for you. Benefits include lowering your risk of heart disease and stroke, reducing your risk of breast cancer, bolstering your immune system, helping you sleep, making you appear more youthful, improving your fitness, regulating menstrual cycles, relieving menstrual cramps, helping with chronic pain, reducing the risk of depression, lowering stress levels, and improving self esteem. A short while ago while speaking about strip clubs lol with a person who considers themselves a devote Muslim & a father of a young daughter, he exclaimed that he couldn't ever fathom going to watch women dance not because of his faith but moreso because he is a father. This was said in disgust that another colleague and father of 3 girls openly talks about his trips to the clubs. I have to admit that during my first and only time at Strokers, a popular club here in the A, I immediately became 'depressed' when walking into this establishment. Firstly it smelled like ass and secondly the girls twerking on stage had a total of like 25 bucks between the 3 of them. Where da dollas at? I thought the purpose of dancing was for profit not fun! Then you have the magazine advertisements with women posing like the ones below. Those women are someone's mother, aunt, daughter, sister and niece too aren't they? So I ask how does a man with a daughter of his own justify supporting such things? Inquiring minds want to know ☺ Do you merely see it as pleasure? Do you not care that this woman is being objectified? Also what happens if your little girl grows up to one day pose nude for magazines or decide to be a stripper, how does that differentiate. Let us know. Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus so I want to know how you all think.

When I was young nothing pleased me more than running behind my brother and his friends. For some reason there seemed to be more boys than girls growing up in my neighborhood or perhaps I just liked playing their games more lol We had fun playing games like man hunt, flag football, double dutch, skelzies, riding bikes and other sorts of made up stuff. My right pinky is bent from a catch gone wrong playing football and my knees are scarred from falls on those terrible concrete gravel streets but I wouldn't have changed it for the world ☺ Good times, these kids don't know how to play now. Imagination is the best friend to a bored child.

Now that I'm older some of that tomboy spirit still lingers and any male who knows me has surely been shown my biceps as a 'threat'! lol but the feminine side of me definitely has prevailed. I started experimenting with makeup in the 90s while in high school. I believe this is the reason I am obsessed with CVS now because I was often in their beauty isle browsing for new items. Now my hobby of playing in makeup has completely taken over my desk at home and my time on the weekends. I spend hours online watching tutorials and practicing make up applications. I look forward to wearing skirts, dresses and heels with my hair done in a super girly style. I've even taught myself how to do a professional looking manicure thanks to the world wide web. I think being self sufficient in the area of beauty is a must, well at least it is for me. I hated the idea of being a slave to a stylist or nail tech so I taught myself how to it at home. I believe we should know how to properly care for our skin, how to wash & style our hair, how to manicure our hands & feet, how to make ourselves up, how to dress like a lady and overall simply embrace femininity; whatever that means for you.

I think it's so cool when seeing women covered in tattoo's. You never know the 'skin' someone is in, even in corporate America, underneath their garments. Your boss could very well have something sketchy tatted across their bottom under those tailor made trousers lol Wouldn't that be funny! I always wondered after my first tattoo if I would ever regret getting inked and it's safe to say all these years later that I don't ☺I know for sure though that I am not getting anything scribed across my chest or neck. I just don't like how that looks for me. Speaking of marking territory would you ever get your husbands or wife's name or 'symbol' inked on you? With the divorce rates at 50% you might have to get that covered up but I think the idea is very endearing ☺

So if you haven't read my previous post about my run in with the deer on the farm, please click here. In that post I stated that I liked to run with as little baggage as possible and with that often I choose to leave my cell in the car. Well yesterday I ran with my dog and mace spray in hand, thanks to my Aunt Deb ☺ I was knackered to say the least since I haven't been out there all week and even did an extra trail just to make up for the slacking. After I had enough, Juicy and I were walking back towards the cross street and I see an old navy blue Oldsmobile creeping by. I'm thinking ok this perv sees a girl in shorts and wants to get a glimpse. Fine keeping it moving homeboy! Then this negro turns into the parkinglot and slowly drives by again! Now I'm pissed. I didn't dare go to my car, I continued to walk aimlessly about and stopped to stretch on a log so he wouldn't see what car I drove. THEN I walked closer to the street to see if he had left but NOOOOOOOOOOOO he stopped another runner to ask for directions. Now mind you, I've seen his car around there before and I know damn well he wasn't lost. So with that said I'm getting a gun and I will shoot his ass if need be. It is a damn shame you can't go for a run, hike or bike in the woods without having to worry about folks trying to rape and kill you. I used to run the Silver Comet Trail until I heard about the female biker who was murdered in 2006, the year I moved up there! Click here to read the details of that story. So this week I ventured to Psycho Tattoo in Marietta to get my coveted side torso tattoo. I'm such an impulse shopper, I really wanted it on Sunday but they didn't have an appointment available so I came back the next day. I haven't gotten a tattoo in a long time, like since college so I was a bit anxious plus I did it all alone lol well not really I had Lil Wayne an nem in my ipod so they helped me get through it. I really love tattoos and they can be addicting. For my personal style I like a few here and there and only in places that will be shown to a select few if you catch my drift. I found this woman's tattoo to be quite sexy, not the average run of the mill 'tramp' stamp as some man, I'm certain, has deemed it smh Isn't her tat fly!

Now while she claims it will not be a full scale see my twat spread, it still seems like so little money to expose yourself to the world, especially for someone of her caliber. The PINK Pussy Tour

So as you may know, I'm still reading and thoroughly enjoying the book, What's Up Down There? by Lissa Rankin M.D. Currently I am on the question around what does a vagina taste like and the instructional Pink Pussy tour.



Have you ever seen your va ja ja up close and personal? I mean with a hand mirror or straddling over a full length one? Just the act in itself is very liberating. We'd all like to think they smell like roses and are as beautiful as a flower bud but guess what they don't naturally smell like fresh rain and well vagina's look like wet meat lol at least the ones that haven't been bleached and trimmed by a surgeons hand.

Take the Tour (abbreviated from the book)

Step 1 Straddle a full length mirror and open your legs all the way for a full view.



Step 2 Take a gander at yourself and release all judgment. Say to va ja ja "Thank you for all of the pleasure you bring me!" ;0)



Step 3 Approaching your body with this sense of gratitude, let's begin



The Vulva

When you look in the mirror you're going to see a mound of pubic hair (unless you wax) and at the top, this is called the 'mons pubis'. This is merely a public advertisement to your partner that you are in fact ready for the mojo lol aka being of physical age to procreate.

When you spread your legs apart you will see the two sets of lips or labia. The majora, consists of the meatier and hairier of the two and the minora are the two thinner and less hairy lips. These outer structures serve to protect the inner mechanisms.



The Clitoris

When you spread your labia open you will see the clitoris. Much of it is buried underneath the hood, the flap of tissue that partially covers the glands of the clitoris. This is the ONLY gland in either male or female made specifically for sexual pleasure. ;0) Yay go women!



The Urethra

Moving downward from the clitoris is the urethra, this is the hole we pee from. This is also the hole by which female ejaculation occurs for those that are squirters ;0)



The Hymen

Moving further south you will see the second opening, the vagina. The hymen is located right at the opening, introitus.



The Vagina

Just past the hymen is the vagina, which is essentially a space meaning if nothing is in it, it collapses onto itself. Outside of reproduction, it is the place where menstrual blood leaves the body, where the G spot lives and where sexual activity takes place.



The Perineum

Further south is the perineum, the tissue between the vagina and anus opening. This is the place during childbirth that might split open in aid of allowing more space for the birth of the child. OUCH! Functionally it is to separate the space between the booty and the va ja ja.



The Anus

Last but not least is where poo and gas is emitted. The anal sphincter is a muscle that looks puckered up like a mouth that just ate a lemon and all wrinkled. Like the vagina, the anus is a potential space that collapses on itself but when filled with feces it dilates and relaxes to release.

FGM

FGM or Female Genitalia Mutilation is still widely practiced by many Muslims today. I read a gruesome recollection of a gynecologists experience in a Somalia refugee camp where she performed medical care for women there. She stated that ALL of the women in the camp had gone through the female right of passage aka FGM. 

FGM by definition is the cutting of genital organs for non-medical reasons, usually done at a young age; ranges from partial or total cutting, removal of genitals stitching whether for cultural or non-therapeutic reasons; often undergone several times during life-time, i.e., after delivery or if a girl/woman has been victim of sexual assault.

Many of the women defended their choice as this is apart of their religious belief system. I just can't imagine going through something so painful for the sake of religion. I can't fathom it! Can you even close your eyes and envision what you would go through having your clitoris and labia cut off then to have your va ja ja sewn shut til your maritial commencement? THEN your vagina is only ripped open by the pounding of your husband until he literally 'busts it wide open!' OUCH talk about beats by the pound. It ain't no way on God's green Earth I would eva eva eva sign up for that ish! 

I hear child birth is painful enough with the natural vaginal opening and then you're going to sew that mug shut so it makes it even harder to push a baby through it? Geesh!
