1. First things first please open your own checking and savings account. Even if you don't trust the banks or share one with your significant other. I know this is 2010 and sounds like the most commonsense advice but there wouldn't be a need for check cashing places and pay pal accounts if people had their own banks accounts.
2. Secondly every woman at this point in her life should OWN her sexuality. If there is something you prefer in bed do not be ashamed to ask. Closed mouths don't get fed. Also sex should be mutually enjoyable and you should be having an orgasm too! Learn about what you like FIRST by yourself, even if that means masturbation, so that you can effectively direct and star in your premier movie with your special someone. In life we research everything from how to cook, how to install a sink, how to change a tire, how to achieve something educationally and the list goes on. How about you take the time to research 'How to effectively have SEX.' I know it sounds like a novel idea but just mull on it for awhile and it will make sense to you. I hope lol :0)
3. Speaking of sex I think sexuality comes from various forms both internally and externally alike. On the external aspect I think every woman should own a set of black lace bra and panties. A lace bra is super sexy to me and I just love lace fabric, it's so feminine! This bra can be worn under a sheer shirt as a fashion statement or even just to show your special someone your classic beauty. Lace bra's are definitely a staple!
4. I believe you should also own a nice suit whether it be for interviews, a funeral or a business function you should have a suit that fits well and looks sharp.
5. Also in the realm of fashion a little black dress is often needed. There are always special occasions where you need something classic, well tailored and appropriate. A little black dress is all that and more. Invest in a good one and break it out when the occasion calls.
6. The realization that you are going to be OLD someday and a plan set aside to fund your old age.
7. A tool box, especially if you live alone. You ought to know how to change a light bulb, unclog a toilet and screw something in lol
8. A solid skin-care regimen, an exercise routine and a plan for dealing with those few other facets of life that don’t get better after 30. Wear sunscreen even if you are Black, Tan or Red boned lol
9. By 30 you should have come to the conclusion that your childhood may not have been perfect but it's over and you can always plan to do better with yours. Onwards and Upwards!
10. Last but not least, you should have a solid start on a satisfying career, a satisfying relationship and all those other facets of life that DO get better after 30.
