"Who Run the World WIVES" is what I tweeted after hearing Beyonce' swoon and gush over her man, Jay Z, following the tribute to her family & friends for her success thus far. I thought it was admirable that she choose to publicly show affection and state that "I Love me some Jay Z!" Go head girl. We all know that she and Jay aren't the type to purposely pose for paparazzi pictures and do interviews dishing all their marital affairs. I personally like how they handle their marriage behind closed doors, I mean by no means does the public need to know the in's and out's of your private life right? Speaking of her speech she also mentioned that he is her BESTFRIEND so I wanted to touch on that topic.
Do you think it is important for a wife and husband to be one another's bestie or do you find that to be irrelevant? I personally think it is a natural transition when you spend so much time together. Bestfriend's are there for one another, they share secrets, joys, laughter and most of all are unwavering in their love for one another. It would be hard to say that you couldn't be your husband or wife's bestfriend after you've shared so much together like getting engaged, the birth of a child, marriage and the emotional ups and downs that come with being in a relationship. Some of these experiences are unparalleled and can not be duped with a mere friend. What do you think?
