I scream You scream We all scream for.... flaxseeds & wheatgerm?






I recently picked up some flaxseeds and wheatgerm from Harry's International Food Market. The benefits of daily consumption of both flaxseeds and wheatgerm have been noted all over the web as simply outstanding. Both provide almost EVERY nutrient except vitamin C, bioflavanoids and chlorophyll. I usually eat a cup organic Stonyfield yogurt or Light Yoplait yogurt every morning. Now I just add in two tablespoons of flaxseeds and wheatgerm to the mix. I hope to see visible improvement in the quality of my hair, skin and nails in the coming weeks.
