Reality starlet Kristin Cavallari and her beau, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, are engaged! I loved her character on The Hills. I really miss that show too. I was hooked ever since their high school show, Laguna Beach! I tried to get into The City with Whitney but she seemed a bit boring to me, not enough drama for TV.
