Visual Stimulation
This week I have been working out with a friend and I must say it's nice to have an exercise partner because I feel as though I push myself harder when training her. I take the time to research new moves beforehand so that muscle confusion can benefit us both. On the first day we worked out our legs and bums because who doesn't love a girl with a great set of legs and curvy bum to boot! Plus we both want to beef up our cakes like Buffy the Body, but I don't want mine looking like an amusement park attraction lol
Last night was our second day so we did arms, back and different set of circuit training exercises in the stretch room. Tonight I have made a plan for abs, which is my main focus because last year I spent alot of time sculpting my legs and now they are looking pretty stellar if I must say so myself ;0)

How are you ladies doing with your fitness goals? With the holiday festivities just around the bend it is easy to forego your healthy living habits and partake in the yummy holiday treats but I vow to be mindful because I do not want to backslide into fluffiness again! :0) Speaking of I will be attending a Cookie Exchange put together by my friend Erin and Caloria. I need to research my cookie of choice and of course I plan to use my Organic Cane sugar as a healthy substitute.
