Navy Blue Sailor

I scored this navy blue polka dot number at the thrift store awhile back and had it for sale on my Etsy store, Vintage Mannequin but no one seemed to vie for it so I snatched down and decided to keep it for moi. I love how it fits too! This is one of my new fav's for this spring. I love me some polka dots lol
