OK back to the topic at hand. While working out this morning and seeing all the in shape buff bodies and curvy bottoms I started thinking I hope and pray that I never ever ever see cellulite on my thighs in life. Then I got in the elevator and started staring at my legs, gulp...... I think I saw a fat pocket forming 0-o NO more strawberry jelly!!!!!! lol NO but really I know cellulite is partly hereditary and partly you can't put the jelly donuts down. Now that I'm 30 my hormones, metabolism and outlook on health have all switched gears. I'm preparing myself for children and a life long walk in healthy living so I want to look as well as feel my best.
I think as we age we should also be conscious of our bodies and fitness levels in terms of how we dress. I had the unfortunate experience recently of being behind a woman in a skin tight SHORT dress with oodles of cellulite in the back of her thighs. Mind you I was eating and the site of the back of her legs almost made me lose my appetite. It looked like a bowl of jelly stirred up. SO not cute! Now while women dress for themselves and for men please take some consideration for others as well. There is such a thing as dressing for your body type and being age appropriate. You may have gotten away with those types of dresses in your 20s but if you don't still have those 20 something looking legs you might want to wear a longer dress.
If I should ever see the ugly head of cellulite appear on my thighs I will be for sure covering that bad boy up, I don't know about you. Cellulite DOES have it's perks though! It certainly aids in all those booty shaking and stripper moves you've seen at the club or performed by the latest video vixen. You can't make it clap or walk it like a dog with a muscle booty, you need a lil jam to make that thang twerk ;0)
Singing "All dat ass in dem jeans!" lol
